Most people initially come to me because they are either looking to make changes in their lives, or life is thrusting change upon them— in the process they find themselves met with some mix of overwhelm, doubt, dissatisfaction, self-judgment, and a pervading sense of stuck-ness.

Despite our best intentions, change can be really hard. Sheer will doesn’t work at a certain point. Often, we’re not even aware of what habits and limiting beliefs are truly blocking us.

My Approach

As coach I don’t give advice or tell you what to do. Rather, I work with you to uncover your own spark, your magic, your inner wisdom about what’s most important to you — and put it into action.

A couple notes on what it’s like to work with me:

  • Clients often tell me that my coaching style feels warm, intuitive, and natural, but structured with practical tools and accountability to help move them forward. I’m most often appreciated by clients for my empathetic curiosity, sense of lightheartedness and humor, ability to spot unconscious behavioral patterns, and a sense that I just… “get them”.

  • Your biggest learning and growth comes when you actually apply what we discover together into the real world. We’ll leave each coaching session with co-designed Fieldwork— some action(s) to apply to your own life. We’ll review these at the beginning of the next session to uncover key learnings and build further upon them.

  • My approach is largely based in mindfulness and Somatic (mind-body) inquiry to get deeper into the root level of change and move you closer to your goals.
